Anyways, check-in staff were lethargic with zero smiles or welcoming nature (someone needs to remind them that they work in hospitality). The food was amazing and the Honesty Bar was a perfect touch with a great little atmosphere, each room had a little fire going and made the overall ambience very cosy and nice.
