"Having booked online a basic room, we enquired re upgrading and the staff were really helpful. They showed me a some different rooms and the process was very smooth. The staff were happy to help. We opted for the second floor and had a spacious room with an armchair and lounge which I always find an advantage after a days drive. The hotel is a little bit tired, however it’s central, it’s clean and the staff are more than happy to meet all your requests."

"Wonderful "

"This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. "Perfect place to get away for a few days. Spacious cabin with a beautiful view. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was also excellent."

"Super accommodatie!"

Totalmente recomendable."
