"Ducha fatal"

"Excellent customer service, great location as well."

"I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay. Cleanliness and stay didn’t meet my expectations, considering it being one of the good hotels in Surat."

"El hotel tenia sus años pero bien conservado. Viendo el entorno de surat en general estaba bien y el personal super amable."

"Amazing rooms"

"They charged extra Rs. 500/- for bedding even the booking was for 3 adult & 1 child"

"Good central location, nice, helpful staff."

"Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5"

"Decent, budget hotel."

"Office complex converted to hotel. It's not a four star property. It's a 2 star cateogory. Purely misleading on the web portals. "

"It is a perfect place"

"In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...

"There were cockcroachrs in the room. Even after repeatedly telling the staff there was no change. Wanted to change the hotel but manager and staff were not helpful."
