"Un hotel muy especial, con casitas y estudios al lado de un lago. Entorno privilegiado, todo muy nuevo y con grandes comodidades por ser bungalows. Hemos estado 3 maravillosos días conociendo ese bonito lugar y se agradecía llegar en esa pequeña cabañita para relajarnos de todo el ajetreo del día. El personal dejaba bastante que desear sobre todo porque parecía que eramos raros por el hecho de no ser del país. Sufrimos algun episodio desagradable con ellos que no voy a explicar detalladamente...

What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. "We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and it was great we could eat with our dog in the bar. The family room was very clean and good size. Not a great view of the fire escape but it didn’t matter for one night. In a great location in the seafront and easy to park outside on the road for free. "
