The Midland is Morecambe's beautiful Art Deco hotel. It's the third time I have stayed here. I can't fault it. The staff are lovely, friendly and funny, the rooms are extremely comfortable the food was plentiful amd tasty, and the hotel itself is just gorgeous. We will be back again next year I think!

Room was clean the staff were really good when we checked in the lady wasn't very nice put us of a little bit not very sociable off putting we did not stay for breakfast the View from the balcony was lovely very enjoyable

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was wonderful, though the carpets are well worn. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. There was a great choice at continental breakfast and table service for the hot breakfast. The room was obviously cleaned well by staff, though there were some stains on the carpet and curtains, that wasn't through lack of cleaning, just that the furnishings seemed to be a bit older. We'd definitely go again.

Great hotel in an excellent position. Dog friendly too. Helpful staff. Although there didn't seem to be enough of them, as service was slow at times. Food was good, breakfast and evening meals plenty of choice. Room was very good, 302 with huge balcony with hot tub. Although room can get extremely hot. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Two great settees near the very large tv.

we liked the hotel mostly. The room was ok but didnt like the lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but we thought the eveninng meal was overpriced and average quality.. The views were great but some evening entertainmmennt would be welcome with perhaps part of the hotel used for this. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some updating would be welcome bearing in mind the price. The car parking is very good

We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the sea, the hotel may be showing its age in some areas but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff are first class, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for one night, it was ok but thought the experience at staying at a truly amazing art deco building would have been a good one, the food wasn’t good. The location truly fabulous right on the bay.

I had a nice stay for business purposes. My room was very comfortable, a first floor corner room with sea view. The breakfast was good as was the evening meal although the portions were a bit small for my liking (lamb rump).

Stayed in Room 108 - which had a balcony overlooking the sea. Very spacious with a great bathroom and shower, and lots of quirky features. Brilliant Breakfast with lots of choice. Alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced for a Hotel. Had Dinner one night, which was excellent quality and again reasonably priced. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room I thought was dated, room & bathroom layout strange, although radiators were off & windows opened room was too warm. At least bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine plenty of choice.

This property is set in a lovely location. They do get overwhelmed staff wise. There is no air con throughout the hotel or rooms. The rooms are dated but not cheap. I do think it is overpriced.

The hotel used to be fantastic but it has lost some of it's grandeur and some areas could be improved by a little TLC. We stayed in one of the suites and the bathroom was lovely but as the shower is a large waterfall one a shower cap as part of the things available would have been nice. The room was spacious with nice furniture except for one piece which had definitely seen better days. There was food left in the fridge from the previous occupants and the wind off the Atlantic rattled the floor to ceiling windows but the views were fantastic.

The hotel was spotless. All of the staff were excellent - professional, courteous and friendly. The food - breakfast and evening meal was well cooked and decent sized helpings.
