"Clean and spacious room.."

"Good property to stay at"

"Very disappointing experience and far below the standard of hospitality we expected from a five-star hotel. We paid over ₹20,000 for our stay from August 16–19. I specifically chose Sayaji so my 70-year-old father, 65-year-old mother, and 15-year-old son would be comfortable while I was away. Around 1:00 AM, my son suffered a severe allergic reaction following what appeared to be a bug/insect bite at the hotel. "Room was clean, staff were polite and courteous, breakfast was good and was a nice stay for the family "

"It is centrally located and I was given a large room. The worst part was it had molds and the room outside smelled of ammonia. The breakfast wasn’t great and the was very limited food to eat that did not cater for people from abroad."

"This is a nice budget hotel. Although there was issue with lights going out couple of times and u need bucket & a portable heater for shower at night, overall stay was good. It's close to the train station and other attractions. Breakfast is good - chai is excellent. "

"The rooms are substandard no value for money "

"Horrible , not clean and food is also bad not hygiene "

They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the...

"The property needs serious upgrades. It feels quite dated and does not justify the tariff they charge. When we checked in, there was not enough staff available, so the manager and security person had to attend to our requests. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the price we paid."
