"Mejorar la limpieza, los baños tenian Moho en la alfombra de la ducha y los alrededores, tmabien nuestra habitacion olia a humo de cigarro y se supone que era un non smoking room "

"A nice location and good facilities."

"Had an excellent stay. Clean cozy modern rooms. Excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST. Please keep up the good work and stay on top of your hotel! Only negative thing is that one night a terrible odor permeated my room via the AC. This is on the second floor and it’s happened before during a previous stay. So something is definitely wrong and needs to be investigated to find what is causing that smell. Smelled like sewage. I had to turn the AC off to...

"Pool out of order Leaking in the room Loud music until late , couldn’t sleep"

"Bom! Mas tive que sair antes do checkout porque desligaram o ar condicionado do meu quarto e mesmo eu pedindo pra religar isso não foi feito. O checkout era ao meio-dia, mas tive que sair do quarto pra outro local por volta das 10:30 horas porque não aguentava o calor do quarto, mas precisava ficar deitada devido ao meu estado de saúde."

"EL hOTEL ES MUY CÓMODO LAS HABITACIONES MUY AMPLIAS, SOLO QUE TUVIMOS UN POCO DE PROBLEMAS CON EL AGUA CALIENTE EL ULTIMO DIA NUNCA SALIO. lA COMIDA ES EXCELENTE Y MUY ECONÓMICA, EL PERSONAL MUUUY ATENTO"

Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed. To make things worse, when I arrived, I was left standing at the reception for 10–15 minutes while the staff casually ignored the urgency of the...

"I booked online and when I reached there they said none of our online websites is working and charged me Rs 500 extra. I never thought this would happen. I will never go to your site again."

"The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant...
