"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

"Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taking care of, from the check-in, where you’re received in a stunning lobby with drinks and food, then the room with the most beautiful view on the ocean. You can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Every single person working in this hotel was helpful and smiling.
