"It was an average stay. Although they can improve on the room quality. Firstly car park was full of water with lots of tripping hazard, upon arriving the rooms smelt a little off (they could use air freshener for a welcoming experience), the sliding door’s framing for the main room was loose as my son nearly ripped his finger closing it because of the glass. It does give you a 3.5 star hotel vibe Other than that , it is close to everything with prime location."

"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night.
