"The place is wonderfully located and thoughtfully appointed. I appreciated the guest binder with the map of the resort, including the paved path to the beach. We spent a lovely Saturday on the beach, watching whales breach! Nice kitchen, spacious deck, comfy bed. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch, too."

"I cannot express how perfect this house is. So spacious, so you never felt crowded even with a large group. The back yard was fun and welcoming in so many ways. We had more than we needed with everything supplied, from coffee makers to having beverage containers to serving platters to anything. The neighborhood was secluded and friendly. Parking abundant Crystal was amazing. I want to stay here again and again and again. It was the perfect fit for us."

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager!
