"We had such a wonderful stay! The Cozy Cottage was incredibly clean, cute, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and affordable place to stay!"

"This cozy home was the perfect landing spot for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, the space is clean and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. It was about 34 minutes to my daughter’s apartment near the McAllister parking garage at any time — Thursday night, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning. If you’re traveling west on 322 into State College, it’s a great location. I wish I’d found it four years ago!"

"Located on the corner of a VERY bust street. Heard every single car that went by. The house had a strange smell in the main living area…like stale cigars? Otherwise the house was clean and beds were comfortable!! It suited our purpose."

"Amazing host! The cabin was spacious, cozy, and everything and more we had hoped for. We wanted somewhere nestled in the forest away from other houses and people. This was perfect! Very clean, very welcoming. We will definitely return to experience more of Raystown Lake and state parks in the summer. "

"it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....
