"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. "Check in was great and easy! The kitchen was great filled with everything that you needed! Living space was very specious. We had our 3 children and they enjoyed the pool area! Everyone loved the dog and the family was absolutely great! Definitely recommend and hopefully we are able to visit again! "

"Keith and Shari are PHENOMENAL hosts! They are beyond accommodating and also gave tips for hikes and great food. My kids LOVED it there - especially the porch kitties! Breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccable with wonderful touches...I could go on and on. The kids asked if we could stay there again, so you know that's a huge win! And I agree! We will definitely stay again!"
