"First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t"

"Todo limpio la abitacion hermosa y limpia la alberca estubo bien todo "

"everything went very well with the stay. the hotel was nice and clean. the staff was nice too. we also had a scenic view from our room. my only suggestion would be to watch where you park. there are sprinklers in different parts of the grass. one was shooting water at the driver side of our car. this could cause an inconvenience for some people."

"Creo que le falta mas limpieza y mantenimiento a la propiedad "

"Mmmmmorrible"

"Normal "

"Todo estuvo muy feo, desde la atencion, la habitacion un total desastre, sucias y hasta con manchas en la ropa de cama, un completo desastre"

"Paid for a whirlpool suite. Got a room with panels on the floor and a old couch instead. Refused to give us the room we booked or a refund. Also the pool isn't working. Hasn't been for at least 6 months"

"An absolutely amazing experience. You couldn’t ask for a more wonderful place to stay. Peaceful location, clean and well supplied home. Great communication from the owner. I would absolutely recommend booking this if you are anywhere in the area. We were actually visiting Rockford for family events and found this gem just 20 minutes away that several of our households stayed at. GREAT PLACE TO STAY."
