"The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

"Perfect location if you want to climb the beautiful mountains, as well as travel to Aspen and/or Leadville! Very quiet and beautiful property with hosts that make sure you have everything you need. The only things we had to bring were food and clothes. The property took care of the rest!"

"The house is very old, old furniture and carpet with uncomfortable beds. One bathroom at the back of the kitchen in house. Up steep stairs to two other bedrooms which was hot with poor air circulation. Not worth the money."
