"Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have some of the cheapest spring matresses you can find. Ours sank in the middle. There was no elevator, and naturally they put us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry everything up stairs. Nothing really stood out as "good" about this hotel."

"Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later! We hope they get reimbursed for their...
