"We enjoyed our stay and love what the family has done with this property. We would recommend carpet or thick rugs for the upstairs units to help reduce noise. The first night wasn’t bad because the unit above us was empty but the second night was loud. Luckily we are both heavy sleepers so we made it work. Also, some of the towels were dirty and the extra blankets and sheets were dirty. That’s on the cleaning service not the owner. Overall we would stay there again. "

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper."

"Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect...

"Pet Friendly (Thank you). Advertised as whole unit. But there is an upstairs tenant. Something in description about a fireplace- non functional. Surfaces looked/seemed very clean. Cook stove quit while making breakfast…..it was replaced by dinner time. thank you. Be Got a refund for 1/2 the amount of the food. Which is fine, shuff happens. Just had to make different plans for dinner that night. Loved my time there"

"Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location relative to downtown. I had to call to get the access codes and had some trouble deciphering them after a long trip. (The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. "
