"House/property was everything we needed. Check in process was very easy, location was perfect. We saw the wild horses every day, which was fantastic! We had no issues, so did not need to contact the owner during our stay, but prior to the stay, owner was very responsive. "

"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"The house was located on a 4 x 4 only beach, which would have been fine if we had been informed prior to our arrival about the conditions to expect and the proper way to navigate them. We arrived after dark, during high tide, with inflated tires. We should have been told to watch the tide charts because the beach becomes impassable at high tide. "The house is great for a large extended family. The elevator was perfect for my older relatives with mobility issues and for bringing up groceries. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the exception of mixing bowls, which I was able to buy at the grocery store. Having the 3 refrigerators and two stoves was great. The sectional on the third floor was really nice and provided adequate seating. Overall, we had a great time!"

However, several issues included black mold on the mirrors in one bedroom, pool completely unfit for use, some bathrooms did not have any toilet paper at all, no bathrooms had any shampoo or hand soap (and this was not cautioned by the host), the couch showed visible stains (and it's on dark cloth), and the dishware was not clean.
