"This house and everything inside was like brand new and spotless. It was perfect for our family of four and dog. The price was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the owners communication was superb. We had so much fun in the beach and saw lots of horses. "Our stay was over and above all expectations! The house gave off positive energy and the surroundings are breathtaking. It was spacious and cozy. We especially loved that all of us were able to gather for cooking and sharing meals around the big table with plenty of seating space. "-The house was not cleaned at all before our arrival: dirty sheets, hair, tooth brush spit on mirrors. etc. however, it is in a beautiful spot and property managing company was responsive. While they were responsive we are still waiting on them to remedy their mistake as we paid for clean linens and cleaning fee. "

"The home was centrally located just off the highway. There are MANY steel steps to enter the home, just be aware of traveling with older parents or small kids. It is right on the water with a dock which was great for fishing. We spent most of the time sitting on the back deck enjoying the view. The kitchen needed some things- no toaster, baking sheet or larger nonstick frying pan and very little silverware. The property manager was great and responded very quickly- even had a repair person over...

"Have stayed in several places in Carova, this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and had ample space and amenities. Communication from the owner was great. Plenty of privacy and is on the south side of Carova, so it's closer to the 4x4 access. Would stay here again."

"What a cozy, rustic and charming place for a romantic getaway in one of the most untouched pristine beaches on the east coast. The hosts were very attentive to prepare you for your trip. You had the canal and kayaks ready for touring. I loved the decour and there were plenty of snacks in your care package. When you are going make sure you rent a real 4X4. This is all natural beach access. Your city suv will get stuck. There are plenty of jeep rental places available. Enjoy the adventure!"

"A wonderful property in a great location. It is close to the beach and the canals. It has views of the Sound and the beach from the rooftop deck. A really comfortable and well-kept home with panoramic views of the area. We watched the horses and foals from the decks on several days during our stay. "

"Property was just as explained! Very clean unit and comfortable beds and pillows. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe! Location was great, close to the beach and shopping! However we paid a”stay” fee of 80 and we felt paying per night was a stay fee. That was my only eyebrow raiser. Nothing to complain about w our decision. We will definitely rebook during whale watching season"
