I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. "This house was the perfect choice for me and my family. We were attending a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was quite literally a minute down the road. The house was warm and inviting and VERY CLEAN. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Also, the bed I stayed in was possibly THE MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept in. "We booked two days. The host was lovely, however when I saw the steep stairs to the bedrooms and the only bathroom on the first floor, for safety reasons we left. Anyone with any mobility issue should not stay here. We couldn’t tell where the bathroom was from the pictures, and I should have asked in retrospect"

"The house was as advertised. The living area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for walking to the waterfront and to downtown Bristol. We enjoyed the front porch and the ease of working with the owner. With the exception of a second bathroom, the house had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!"

I had to step into hallway and close door to get by then open for the next person, etc. Recommend changing door in-swing direction. Apartment space was adequate, very clean and nicely decorated. "This was our first trip to RI. The home was old but perfect for that setting. Great location in Bristol walking distance to bars, restaurants and the river. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. If my daughter decides to go the Law School here we will definitely be back."
