"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"

"Beautiful home in a nice and quiet neighborhood! It's a townhouse with two flights of stairs. The first takes you to the living area, kitchen, half bath and a balcony outside. Second takes you to the bedrooms and a full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked, from plates, cups, cutlery to food processor, dishwasher, MW, airfryer, etc Rooms are cozy with layers of warm beddings and all have smart TVs. "For the price you pay it is absolutely not worth it. During our stay only 1 elevator was working so taking the elevator ON A SATURDAY was a nightmare everytime. It is the only hotel I have seen that they charge you $20 for each day of parking. The breakfast is depressive: no options for juices, no water, no refill of anything they were supposed to have. Im just giving 2 stars because the rooms and the staff were nice, but I dont recommend anyone to stay here, save your money and stay somewhere else."
