Silver Birch Suite - Professionally designed Guest Suite

The guest suite located on the lower level of our home has a comfortable, open-concept living space to welcome you and provide an enjoyable and relaxing "Home-Away-from-Home" stay.

We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance of our home.

Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.

Sink back and relax in leather couches while watching HDTV. Netflix and high-speed internet provides you with all your media and computer needs. Or sit with comfort on leather chairs at the custom-made kitchen island.

The suite features it's own fully stocked kitchen with all amenities needed for making anything from a quick snack to a delicious homemade meal. The kitchen is complete with china, glassware, cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, stove and Keurig coffee maker. Laundry facilities available for guest use.

The two large bedrooms are designed with oversized windows to let the sunshine and fresh air in. Beds have comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, luxury linens, extra pillows and cozy blankets for a restful nights sleep. Both bedrooms are furnished with full-size dressers along with additional closet space.
Full size private bath with walk-in shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
You will be provided with a door code unique to you that allows for easy and flexible access during your stay. Access to the suite is is through this shared entrance and common space on the main level of our home.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard providing a very private treed, park-like setting with use of a Pellet Smoker and traditional built-in Brick BBQ. Multiple sitting areas on the expansive deck satisfies everyone's needs from the sun-worshipper to those preferring the shade.
A billiard table is located on the main level of the house which guests are welcome to use until 10:00pm each evening.

Our property is close to popular wedding venues such as Langdon Hall, Cambridge Mill, Whistle Bear, Tapestry Hall.

Our House Rules: not suitable for infants under 2, not suitable for children aged 2 - 12, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
