"Had a great and relaxing time in their quaint little cabin with all the amenities you need and wonderful hiking trails around the cabin we ventured out on a few times! We saw a black bear, several deer, a coyote, and hummingbirds! Great place to have downtime and enjoy Gods creation!"

"Beautiful Mountain Views! Photos in listing are accurate. Make sure to notice that the ceilings do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so the sounds of the night in other rooms are more like being in 1 large room. The listing suggests 4WD or AWD to upper parking level. I would actually recommend it for the lower parking level as well. We have a Toyota Highlander with good tires and still spun in the rocks and had to back down and put in low gear and gun it to get to the lower level. Don't...

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"What an absolutely beautiful property! Caught fish in the lake and ponds. Saw eagles at the pond by the pavilion and lots of deer. The pig was a big highlight! "We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. "

"Great house with an amazing view to wake up to every morning. Host was very responsive to questions. Very close to the village. We were here in the summer, but lots of nearby lifts. Nice place to stay!"

"My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights while she competed at a show at the Virgina Horse Center. It was lovely to have a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to after our long and exhausting days at the VHC. Communication with Audrey was great from the start. The property and views are gorgeous, especially each morning as we left at dawn for the show. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, well equiped kitchen, and the washer and dryer were a godsend. Can't recommend...

"The Vine Cottage Inn is an old-fashioned Bed and Breakfas in the best possible way: Great location, lovely property, very spacious and well-appointed room, delicious breakfast and, best of all, very gracious hosts! "Mi experiencia con este hotel no fue tan buena, en la publicación para uno hacer la reserva dice que se aceptan animales, hice la reserva por tres días, estuve viajando por 6 horas cuando llegué al hotel me dicen que no se aceptan gatos, cuando específicamente dice se aceptan animales, la señora me dice que aceptan solo perros, de hay me puse molesta por que en el anuncio tienen que ser más específicos. De hay me tuvieron como una hora hablaron con la manager y me dejaron entrar, las habitaciones huelen demasiado a perro! Y la piscina estaba súper súper sucia."
