"Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Enjoyed room service and restaurants. My only negative observation were multiple stains on the carpet in my suite. My friend’s suite had the similar stains. The hotel was renovated last year I believe and I was surprised how noticeable the several stains were in both rooms."

"I did not have a good stay. An accumulation of small inconveniences added up. Climate control unit had some kind of wrapper in the fan and would randomly make noise in the middle of the night. I should have switched rooms. I booked a 1-king and was given a 2-queen room. The complimentary water bottles were not restocked. Nothing was level in the construction. "The boars head normally is a great place to stay. This last visit however, I had some issues. The front desk did their best to take care of everything. The staff was very gracious and very hospitable. The amenities in the room are fantastic and the linens on a scale of one to 10 I would give them an eight. "

"Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning. "
