"All four of us loved our stay at this beautifully appointed cabin home. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed to make great meals (there are no real restaurants close to this terrific home). The beds were super comfortable and the home was absolutely spotless (including the huge windows with incredible views). The expansive deck was perfect for taking in the breathtaking sight of the dunes at early morning, midday, dusk, .....and the night sky (SO DARK) offered up...

"Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Nice deck to sit on with views of the south san juan and sangre de cristo range. Leaves at peak so enhanced the awesome views. Was great working with the property owner. We visited the area for the bird migration and had all we came for. Great location for proximity to wildlife refuges and mountain roads. "The place was amazing. Everything we needed for cooking dinner and lounging around. The hot tub was the deal breaker for the area. We sat in the hot tub and got to see a solar flare and many shooting stars in the super quiet and dark sky! This was a perfect place to see the Great Sand Dune National Park."

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other.
