"Amazing place. Lots of room. The bed was quite comfortable. Good water pressure and great WI-FI. The towels were thick and absorbent. As others have said, the way sound travels was constantly amusing to us. If I had any criticisms at all, it would be that the kitchen was okay, not a lot of pots, pans, dishes, or glasses. "We had an amazing stay and were one of the closest homes to the park. House is very remote and secluded - I considered this a plus as we weren’t looking to go out to dinner, etc. Be sure to do your grocery shopping in Alamosa prior to arrival. Barb was super responsive and the home was clean and spacious. The back porch has perfect views of the mountains and sand dunes and the night sky is breathtaking with no light pollution! I highly recommend this if your looking for a quiet spot to get away...

"Sabía que no era propiedad lujosa pero… lo que realmente me sorprendió fue que estuviera sucia, las camas tendidas y todo ordenado pero ellos lavabos, inodoro y regadera sucios! Tenían cabellos, no pude entender como todo estaba recogido pero nisiquiera hubieran tocado los baños… le comenté a la señora que atenía y me ofreció otra habitación, la otra habitación estaba igual!!! "The service was amazing, the staff went above, the Infrastructure is a bit old, but well maintained... they can improve the bathrooms but nothing out of the extraordinary. Bryan at the Breakfast gave us some pointer of where to drive and what to do, and gave us the best local experience of sightseeing! The staff was very friendly! "
