"We were 8 people coming to VT to watch our girls play lacrosse at Middlebury. The house is as pictured and perfect for large groups. We really had a great time, it was spacious and perfect for hanging out with a large group. We wished the weather was better so we could use the fire pit. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would all definitely stay here again and recommend a stay at this house. "The house is quant and has a good view of the lake. The rocking chairs on the deck were nice to relax and watch the water. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and all the things that you would need which was great. The beds are extremely firm which wasn’t ideal for us. We brought our boat and launched it at the bridge which was easy and the ride on the lake back to the house was smooth and easy. The views are awesome. "My family of four stayed 3 nights here and really enjoyed the lakeside views and fire pit. The beds were comfortable but other inside seating areas were not conducive for gathering. With a heavy emphasis on rustic charm, the place did not appear to be well maintained. There were active spiders and spiderwebs in many corners of the house. The couch was visibly dirty and ripped. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were chipped and stained. We were also asked to bring our own firewood, wash our own...
