"This location was perfect for our weekend stay in Smithville. One block from the town square where there are a variety of restaurants and bars. Our host was excellent and the unit was better than expected. Very nicely furnished and many extra items that really added a nice touch to our stay. Will definitely stay again when we are in town."

"We were so happy here. Impeccably clean, use environmentally safe products, too. The home had such a pleasant smell. The appliances were top of the line. Air conditioner kept us Comfy during a real heat wave. The hosts communication could not have been better. I actually ended up having an issue that was entirely my fault, and he was flexible with me in working it out to my benefit. Great location, 5 min from a Walmart and other restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here or at any of the...

Desastre"

"The area is pretty nice but at the same time, there's lots of sketchy/homeless people that walk through the neighborhood. The building itself if a little run-down compared to the others on the block. There was a carbon monoxide detector on the wall that kept beeping every few minutes because it was low on batteries. I had to take it off the wall and take out a battery to stop the beeping. There was an unused cigar on top of the refrigerator that had not been thrown away which made me wonder how...
