"Stayed for 8 nights. Room was really clean & smelled fresh. Bed & pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Reception & housekeeping staff were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Various cuisines & quality Cafes & Restaurants were very close to the Grand Hotel all within a short walking distance. Definitely recommend & would stay there again."

"We could fault our stay here. The room was very compact but had absolutely everything that we needed. Even a small cooktop which is hard to come by these days without booking and apartment. The room was spotless, comfortable beds and pillows, large screen Tv with cable channel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Shore drive is absolutely the best accommodation we have booked on our many trips to Townsville. The staff gonout of their way to help if possible and are very understanding of changes in plans and the comfort of their guests. Our pets are always relaxed here and our elderly mum's health needs are acknowledged and accomodated where possible. Definitely recommend this gem on the beach "

"Escogimos este hotel por estar cerca del puerto y de los ferrys que te llevan a Magnetic Island. El hotel es un complejo de apartamentos que está recién hecho. Incluso la habitación olía a nuevo. La zona es turística pero siendo invierno y fin de semana poco movimiento de gente había. Muchas gracias a la recepcionista que nos indicó el ferry más cercano y barato que podíamos coger para ir a la isla."
