"The room was larger than normal and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and having onsite parking was comforting but the airconditioner was noisy and the bathroom, newly renovated was not ery clean, mold in corner of shower etc."

"There was plenty of room for my large family and it was close to shopping and eating places. The provision of space heaters was excellent as it was quite cold to start with."

"Amanda was a great host, very communicative and helpful. Provided us with a spare mattress which was really appreciated and gave us an option of an earlier check-in too. Space was really clean and had everything we needed. Good location, quiet and easy to find."

"I suggest that on your listing you state that access to the property is via a shared driveway that is in disrepair and also the property itself is accessed by steep steps. We had an additional needs child that finds mobility a challenge and while she can walk indecently steps are difficult for her. I also had my mother with me who has back and leg issues. We were able to use the home well but may have chosen elsewhere if we had know what the access was like. The property itself was well equipped...

"Booked this property and at the last second I was told there is a “Maintenace” issue that meant we couldn’t stay at the property! They sent me an “upgrade” to 20 Simpson crescent Hallam, a further 15 minutes to our daily commute. This replacement property was the most run down terrible property I have ever stayed in EVER. It was full of spiders and bugs inside, very old property, yard areas are an absolute mess, random bricks laying in the driveway, no gardening been done for a very long time....
