"Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure "

"This was originally advertised as a "charming" 1 bedroom villa. Since charm is a subjective thing I'll focus on the facts. It was not a villa by any definition. It's now advertised as "Enjoyable 1 bedroom house". This is still not even close to the truth. It's a 4 bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet house with a family/lounge room behind glass doors that has another bed jammed into it. There was even someone sleeping on the couch in the only common area in the house that wasn't assigned a room...

"Minus10 stars. I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs. The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom...
