"I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge. It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm. Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!! "

The check-in instructions were clear and easy, the furniture was beautiful, following the beach theme and the bed was so comfortable. "We had an amazing stay with a beautiful city view. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks, which was absolutely incredible. KozyGuru provided efficient and responsive service—when the ironing board was missing and the vacuum wasn’t working, they sent replacements the very next day. We really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, close to Melbourne Central, great cafés, and public transport."

"We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a lower floor apartment (on request) which was well appointed and spotless.
