This was my second stay and apart from the great location so close to the city, this is one of the quietest Hotels or Apartments I’ve ever stayed. The apartments aren’t brand new, but they are spacious and very comfortable. Reception is not always manned, so just make sure you message them to arrange check in.

Clean, nice room with all the amenities. Kitchen well equipped. Close to some nice cafeterias which offer breakfast at 7:30 AM

A great spot to stay if you need to be in this location. The room was clean enough, it was the kitchen appliances and above the fridge that were dirty. Also the entrance ways in the lobby were not overly clean. The car park was a little walk and definitely a place I wouldn’t want to be around at night time. The set up is a little strange with two different companies in the same complex and they are no longer in the reception area. But it was comfortable enough and met our needs.

Easy to get to... close to Epworth Hospital.. Just one thing Shower is in the bath tub which is fine BUT a handle on the wall to help you step out of slipery bath would be a great help especially for older people

Proximity to Epworth Medical Facility.. good; the whole reason why there. Carpet a bit tired looking.. to be honest; verandah seat - u/s. Cigarette smoking scent - pervaded through the corridors.. in places. Overall.. what inter-action with staff - positive.. the unit itself.. its facilities - all good; the accomm. served my purpose very well. Thanks.

The location is great - very close to the tram stops and within walking distance to The Corner Hotel if you are staying to attend a concert of any sort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. The apartment was lovely and clean.

I loved the location and comfy spacious apartment at a reasonable rate. Bed and Linen were really good and kitchen facilities also great but not much cookware to cook with (so I let them know on checking out). I was initially told I could check in early but the reception was closed and I couldn’t raise anyone on the contact no. provided so early check in didn’t happen which was a shame. Lucky the Adars reception was open and they were very helpful in offering to store my bags.

The room was better than expected For the price I was expecting a small motel room but was pleasantly surprised it was more an apartment with loads of ammenities even a washing machine and dryer Definitely a return customer Thanks

Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating. There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty. The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at. Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so be sure to reserve!

Check in was easy. Renovations at the time we checked in. Shelf under TV unit was damaged and reported straight away. Easy parking. Good nightly rate for parking. Close to CBD of Melbourne and very close distance to the MCG. Room pricing was a big steep but overall the accommodation was excellent.

The apartment is fully self contained and at a good quality standard. Only a minor issue with the induction cooktop being difficult to activate
