"Didnt want to the room they say that they make the room every 3 days! Absolutely nooo! I reach out expedia to ask for help and they talk to the hotel and then they came to make the room.. the personal in the hotel didnt speak ingles or spanish and they were upset because i didnt speak french.. i mean u r the one who works in a hotel in the front desk.. u should be bilingual.. "

"We booked this hotel the day before the stay because of the indoor pool. Upon arrival we were told that the pool was not working and had been drained. If they had indicated the pool was not available we would have booked elsewhere. We feel that at the very least we were lied to. All we received was a "Sorry". We had booked a suite with two rooms. The bathroom had long hair strands in the bathtub. Ugh!!! Will never use Best Western again."

"Hôtel défraîchi, très cher pour ce que c’est (comme beaucoup d’hôtels du genre, ceci dit, ils ne sont pas les seuls). Bien propre, relativement confortable. Ça fait le travail, sans plus. N’attendez pas trop du déjeuner, à peine quelques muffins et des céréales. Resto à déjeuner juste à côté qui en vaut la peine."

"We arrived early with our two small Yorkie dogs, but we were able to check in within the hour. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the only thing missing was body wash for the shower. Pet fee is a little high for 2 non shedding dogs. 3:30am there was someone being loud enough to wake us all up. Nice motel"
