The accommodation offered is a private, self-contained unit located on our property. The main house is occupied by the owners. The rented areas are reserved exclusively for guests, with their own access and spaces as described in the listing.

Elegant Bedrooms for Maximum Comfort:
• Bedroom 1 – “Le Vicomte”: Queen bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, private bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, 50’’ TV with FireTV, views of the main entrance, backyard, and forest.
• Bedroom 2 – “Le Grand-Duc”: Queen bed, private bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower, view of the pool.

Relaxation Room – “La Marquise Boudoir”
A perfect space for reading or working, featuring games, books, a small work desk with chair, and two single lounge chairs. Fun and relaxing for kids and adults alike.

Living Area and Kitchen
• Sofa bed (sleeps 2), 55’’ TV with Blu-ray player and FireTV
• Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, dining table for 6
• Washer and dryer included

Capacity:
• Comfortably accommodates 4 people
• Up to 6 people with the sofa bed (tighter fit)
