Overall the condo is in a great location, close to a lot of fun places. The view from the huge balcony is great! It was very spacious, plenty of room for a large family. The only negative comment is the WiFi was terrible. The condo doesn’t have its own WiFi, they just have you use the main buildings which is impossible to get service. The other negative comment was more for the resort itself- they give you key fobs to access the pools and to even get onto the beach and back in the building. You can’t get them wet and if you lose one they charge $50. They are a little hard to keep track of so make sure you bring something to keep them in. We didn’t know this ahead of time and lost one :-(

I really enjoyed this property, location was perfect, and even with a late check in the process was simple. The condo was spacious more than enough space for my family. The view was spectacular!!! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. We loved it! Our only issue was that it would have been nice if it was better stocked. Each bathroom had only 1 roll of toilet paper, there was no broom to clean up messes, no laundry detergent. We would have loved a crock pot or slow cooker so we could put in a meal in the morning and have dinner ready that night. It would have been fantastic if there was some beach equipment like lounge chairs, boogie boards, etc. We went out and bought some for our brief stay. Other than that, it was great! The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort was great. Thank you!

The condo was exactly as listed. It is in an excellent location and the beach is beautiful. We had a wonderful time sitting on the porch, playing in the ocean and sitting in the beach chairs. The condo was extremely clean and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this condo to stay in.

It was very clean and organized. I was unhappy that the thermostat was controlled by the owner and could not be reset by myself bc of a required code. It was hot and stuffy but management did eventually send someone to lower it a few degrees. Management could not release the code per the owner's directions.

The property is amazing with a great view of the ocean. This is by far the cleanest "rental" condo I've ever stayed in, it was spotless. We loved the security of the property from the parking garage to the locked and gated doors. Everything we wanted to do was close by. We plan on staying again without hesitation. Unfortunately all of the great things about our stay was over shadowed by not being able to control the thermostat/temperature during our stay (locked by password). I travel a lot on business and can control the thermostat in a $100 a night Holiday Inn but can't control my own comfort level here? No, sorry unacceptable to me. I'm sure this would be less of an issue in the summer but in the winter it gets cool at night and the unit was uncomfortable and breezy from the front bed rooms to the back in the evening. One suggestion would be, heat your swimming pools. Two large beautiful well maintained pools but unable to use them. However we did notice the adjoining properties were heated. Lastly, one of the pool hot tubs appeared to be broken on Wednesday morning of our stay (no longer heating). There was a cone, chair, and caution tape over it starting Wednesday. When we left on Saturday it was still broken which in my opinion was too long.

It was no hassle getting into the property. This was a comfy condo with lots of books and movies. The bedrooms were fabulous as well as the view. It was quiet, well stocked and relaxing. I would stay here again. It would be easier if we would have had codes to get in the building instead of key fobs. There were 5 of us with 2 fobs and it was a bit of a hassle coming in from the beach. The only other issue was the thermostat needed to be set by maintenance. However, we called and got that taken care of promptly.

The entire vacation staying in this Condo was outstanding! Booking, checking in, and all of the staff were exceptional. The building, grounds, and friendly staff were top notch!! The beach staff were friendly and accommodating to our every need. I would recommend this condo and Silver Beach Towers facilities as excellent and I will be booking there in the future!

1. Brochure states that umbrella and chairs pick up time is 9am-6pm. Staff started pick up at 3:30pm and forced everyone out at 5:00pm. Change the printed material or honor the times listed. 2. Recommendation - everyone must check in to find your umbrella placement spot. Randomly assign so that everyone gets a chance at the front row within a 5 day period. 3. Management Company was very responsive and gave outstanding customer service!
