Bad experience
We showed up a few minutes after check in time after 12 hours on the road. Upon arrival we found the home to be very messy. We found food items spilled on pool deck and trash, empty bottles, etc on deck. The home was dirty. Trash can had spills on it. Dirt and leaves throughout the lower level of the home. The upstairs shower was tore apart with parts, pieces, and dirt all around. The stool had been used but not flushed.THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF TO THE HOME. This meant no restroom or running water whatsoever. None of this information had been told to us prior to arrival. I called the office multiple times. They wanted to send someone to clean and prepare the place for guest. They also said they were not informed of the shower fixtures being tore out and water being shut off. After multiple calls, they offered to allow us to transfer our stay to another one of their properties at a different location. These places were a down grade from what we booked. Finally they did agree to give us our money back which would not show back up in our account for 7-10 days. At that point, we accepted the refund and began driving and calling all over the area to find a place to stay.The ladies we dealt with were nice and pleasant to deal with. They did respond to my calls and I feel that they tried to help figure it out. It was disappointing to drive that distance with the expectation of the place and then be told we could not stay due to water being out. Probably a refund and at least a night
