Girls weekend

Great getaway for me and my girls. The house had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were cute and cozy. Was a little confused about where to park but assumed we were in the right spot when we didn’t get towed haha! Would definitely come back!

Great place in Depoe Bay Iregon

Just finished staying for a week at Coastal Breeze cottage and it was terrific. Pictures online are very accurate. House is very convenient and walking distance to restaurants and whale watching center in Depoe Bay. There is a peekaboo view of the ocean from the front room and nice view from the patio on top of the garage. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with what you need. I highly recommend it!

Depoe Bay cottage

This is a very nice little cottage within walking distance of Depoe Bay. Exterior is a little rough, but interior is very clean and quaint. I would stay here again.

Ok…. off the beaten path, ANTS

The house is ok. Living room was big. The kitchen was filled with ants. We could not leave our items on the counters as they would get all over our items. No cleaning supplies for the kitchen, counter wipes, Windex, had to go to Walmart to buy. Also it was a very hot weekend, no fans in any of the bedrooms or the bathrooms, low ventilation.

Cozy cottage just off they bay

The house was cute, well maintained and clean. While not oceanfront, still had a beautiful ocean view from the rooftop deck over the garage. The kitchen could have been better appointed as the dishes and utensils seemed to be odds and ends, but the kitchen itself had plenty of storage and counter space. Could use new mattresses in the bedrooms. Parking is tight on the street with no driveway.

Great location

Great Oregon cottage. Loved watching the sunset from the deck in the front yard, great walk I tot town for morning coffee and the watching the ocean from the bench overlooking the coast two one house away. The beds were ok Not completely comfortable for two adults. Kid were fine. Had everything you’d need to cook meals and relax.

This cute little is a perfect spot in Depoe Bay! It is an old house but is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The management company was responsive and supplies were plentiful. We would stay again!

Whales and waterfalls

Great location for our trip, we could see whales from the rooftop deck on the garage! Really comfortable house, kitchen had the basic needs which was perfect. The only negative was the fridge/freezer had a very strong fish odor, but I passed that on to the management company and they assured me it would be taking care of soon.

Perfect location

Easy to walk to a lovely view of the ocean, there's even a little bench that overlooks the sea, right at the end of the road. House had everything we needed. It is a little rustic in the kitchen, but fine for a holiday. Nice to have the electric fires in each bedroom.

Perfect Getaway

Like staying at a friend’s cottage. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Good cookware, lots of board games, even a pair of binoculars. Dinner on the upper deck while watching the sunset, easy access to shops and restaurants. We’ll be back!

Great location.

We really enjoyed out time at this property. It was a very comfortable older house with character which we really like. Added bonus is house is close to the ocean. In a great location to take walks to downtown Depoe Bay and the harbor. We would most certainly book this property again.

Great beach getaway.

Clean beach house and convenient location. We had a great time. Walking distance to the shops in Depot Bay. Nicely furnished kitchen, tons of cookware and dishes. Lots of games to play and movies along with cable TV. There were four of us, but plenty of room for six.

Great Getaway

Classic coastal cottage/bungalow in a great location for walking to the main Depoe Bay retail area. Well appointed, clean, though a bit dated. Still, everything was functional, and perfectly suitable for our visit. Owners make a nice effort to the share instructions & tips about the area and amenities. The deck above the garage is excellent for sunset watching (which we had and was incredible).

Good value, handy location

As senior citizens in the time of covid, we were relieved to see this place was spotless. Everything was super clean. The location was close to restaurants and shops, yet we had a view of the ocean, especially from the garage deck. We liked the large picture windows in the dining and living rooms. The outdoor park bench in the photographs is just a few steps down the street and you can sit there and enjoy the rocky coastline. The back yard of the house abuts highway 101 and there is a little traffic noise now and then, but the yard and house are slightly elevated from the highway so there is some separation. The internet is fairly fast, streaming services good with a nice sized tv, although it tended to flake off once a night. There were reboot instructions in the guest materials that were easy to follow so it wasn't an issue. We slept in the west bedroom, and my husband felt the mattress was slightly lumpy and saggy; a replacement might be in order. Otherwise, this was a great place for us and we wish we had stayed a few days longer!

Lovely!

What an awesome place. The only speed bump (and it was super minor) was that I had to sign and snail-mail the contract. Pretty unusual in this day and age. Everything else was top-notch. The place is walking distance to everything in Depoe Bay and -- best of all -- we saw whales!

Good location, great deck for whale watching but that's about it.

Easy walking distance into town and the deck on top of the garage was great for whale watching. That's pretty much all the positives. Now for the negatives.... the foundation has settled in every direction. Every room had a different floor slope. The couch was old and had an unpleasant smell to it. We stayed there 23 days and had construction 21 days. Nail guns and saws going all those days. Master bath and the laundry room appeared to have been add-ons to the structure. You had to be a contortionist to use either the master bath shower (very small) or the washer/dryer (very tight). Probably about 40% overpriced. Will not stay there again if we are in the area.
