"The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. "Location is great with lots of free parking options nearby including EV chargers. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and warm. On the downside was the fact that our room was just above the pub and on Saturday night was very loud until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. So make sure to ask for a room on higher floor. "Room ( i was in No 2 ) was in good decorative order . However there was a Green light permanently on all night by the door that could not be covered / turned off . Additionally when the Water Tank in the bathroom decided to replenish ( quite randomly - not after use ) it sounded like a Helicopter taking off . Very loud , and not conducive to a good nights sleep . "
