    Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler and their pup (pet fee required - Please see rules for details).



    All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

    Each specific unit at Zuni Lofts represents a small business in the neighborhood. These forty-four different partnerships allow our guests to have a plethora of benefits available to them while out and about in LoHi- such as discounts and promo codes for food, drinks, wellness, art, etc. In return, this helps to support our local economy and lifts up our neighbors.



    Local Artist-Inspired

    We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests which is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard.

    Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.



    We are also surrounded by the city’s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc.



    Vacation Libations anyone?

    Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options.



    Traveling with kids?

    Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!



    Retail Therapy:

    There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.



    Music Lover:

    Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor

    venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.



    Connect with Nature:

    If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.



    We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

    DOG RULES - MAX of 1 dog allowed; there is a $100 pet fee, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred

    Please note: The Nest Thermostats are locked to a range of 68-78 degrees. We cannot provide the pin or set the temperature below 68 degrees.

    • Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

    • 24/7 Premium Guest Support

    • With Effortless Stay , every property is professionally cleaned to the highest standards after every stay. Our comprehensive turnover process ensures a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests.

    •There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

    •Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

    • There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.

Great property and good size for two people. The couch is pretty dirty tho and needs a clean. Otherwise great stay

Beautiful

Such a nice apartment! Super clean, new. Everything was so nice! Great location! Only complaint….parking. There’s only street parking, and there’s not much available.
