"Easy check in, separate entrance to this basement apartment, enough space for 1-2 people comfortably. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center. It was clean, had everything I needed. "

"Place was comfortable and great location to everything in golden downtown. Parking was nice, but a pain to get out of. The apartment was clean and had everything as a couple we would need. Bring ice if you need it, there was only one ice tray in the freezer. Ask for extra towels, there was onky one each "

"So convenient, spacious, clean, etc. Parking was a bit tricky one night and I would expect with additional buildings being completed it will get tougher. We will stay here again. "

"We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!"

"Very nice stay. Visually very nice place, and comfortable. Easy access, instructions and troubleshooting was great with the property manager on tv issues. My only complaint is there is glare in the master bedroom between the blinds and edge of window, but it was only a couple nights , so could have just been one light that was not on sometimes"
