Fabulous host and fabulous condo! We loved everything about our Christmas stay in Denver, where we traveled to visit our oldest son who lives in a small apartment and works in the LoDo area. This condo exceeded our expectations! It looks great in the listing pictures, but is even better in person. The condo is beautifully appointed, welcoming, quite large, and very comfortable. We had lovely downtown views, especially of the beautiful Denver clock tower, and the two usable balconies were great. Host graciously accommodated unexpected changes in arrival and departure dates and granted us the use of her two parking spaces in the building’s garage. She also made sure that my Denver son had building access via the concierge so he could visit with us in the condo as his work schedule allowed. We had ample space to hang out, play cards, and cook, and we really enjoyed the tabletop shuffleboard in the unit. We didn’t have time to use other building amenities like pickle board and pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor seating areas on the second and fifth floors. All in all, it was the perfect place for us. We loved our stay and our host was fantastic! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our stay! They thought of everything! It’s was extremely clean, convenient to where we wanted to go and was very comfortable! The couch is a dream! She even had snacks out for us! Coffee pods, shampoo/condirioner, washing machine detergent…. Like I said… they thought of it all and made the stay so easy! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Dawn!

This is an awesome condo with lots of space, amenities and great people. Dawn the owner was an excellent host before, during and after. The location is right in the heart of LoDo, where you can walk to everything. Great restaurants, all the local sports stadiums, and the wonderful Union Station.The desk concierge was so helpful and always had a warm greeting.The condo is stocked with creamer, coffee, beverages, snacks and more! So appreciated that!The beds are comfy with luxurious sheets and bedding. Also, the couch in the living room is perfection, and we all fell asleep on it at various times through out our stay.Top shelf, high end and wonderful describes our stay. Thank you Dawn, we’ll be back!

Fantastic Host and Unbeatable Location

We had an amazing stay in Denver! Dawn, our host, was incredible—super accommodating and went above and beyond to help with our travel plans. The home had so many thoughtful personal touches, from cold beverages waiting for us to the little snacks that made us feel right at home. The accommodations were perfect—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location close to downtown and the convention center. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

PERFECT LoDo Spot!

We came to town with 2 other couples (6 people total) to attend a charity event on Saturday night. This condo has it all! It was the perfect place to stay (quiet with tons of amenities!) and was within walking distance to the Four Seasons (for the event) and any shop or restaurant we could possibly want. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a weekend or an entire week! Dawn was a dream to work with and was very easy to comminicate with. No downside at all here... don't think, if you're going to Denver (downtown) the book this place!

Great home base in Lodo

We had a great time staying in the Condo in Lodo. There were lots of great food and shopping options right out the front door, also convenient to our convention center event. The Condo was roomy and the building staff were helpful and friendly. Our host was great, very helpful, and even made a last minute quick accommodation. We will see you next time we are in Denver.

Denver Stay

WOW! What a fantastic property! Stayed with 3 colleagues for a conference at the convention center and it was the perfect location. There was enough space for all of us comfortably. This rental was very clean with super comfortable beds! Not to mention, Dawn was a fantastic host, and was helpful throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this property to stay at!

Fun sibling trip

We had 3 adult couples stay for a long weekend to celebrate our birthdays. This condo is in a great location and comes with lots of amenities. The host has water, snacks and laundry detergent available for us to use. Condo came with an iron + board which was nice after everything came out of the suitcases. There’s a beautiful view of downtown from the balcony. If we ever head back to downtown Denver we will reach out to Dawn to stay in her condo again.

Hate to spoil it but it's perfect!

Amazing apartment in a great building with the best location. Easy walk from the train station, walk anywhere downtown. The unit itself is wonderful - comfortable beds, huge couch with big TV, 2 patios! It was absolutely perfect, it really took our vacation to the next level. Cannot recommend highly enough. Dawn was perfectly communicative about check in and check out. Will be staying again for sure!
