Excellent!!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Like 20 stars. Everything was perfect. The owner, communications, the house and all of the little extras. It is just like the pictures. So clean. I will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you again Marina for the use of your house.

Great stay! Marina was very communicative and attentive. No issues at all. Home was clean, welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen is convenient and stocked with essentials that made cooking meals a breeze. We took advantage of the games and cards that were provided, watched movies together on the comfy sofa. Lots of space to hang out together or separate to our own spaces. The beds were comfortable too! We travel as a family to Denton often to visit our son at UNT. The home is conveniently located and a super short, easy drive to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will book again!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable couch and bed. Home was well stocked with all the essentials. Close to major freeways and lots of restaurants. Host was very easy to reach during our stay. Looking forward to our next stay here again!

The townhouse was almost as described, but it is worth noting that the bathtub in the Primary Bathroom was TINY! Maybe half the length of a standard tub. It is pet friendly and upon entering, the house definitely has a dog smell. Not a big deal for us because we have a dog at home, but if smells bother you, just know that before booking. Sheets and towels were clean and basics were included in the kitchen. The living room area isn’t very big so we never really hung out there but if you’re looking for a good spot to sleep, this would be a good fit! The owner was accommodating and gave us an extra hour to check out before our drive home, which we appreciated!

Beautiful, clean, inviting home

This house met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and I had excellent communication with Marina. She was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Place to Stay

It was a beautiful place. Nice and clean. Had all the amenities that we needed. Great location for where we were visiting. Just minutes away from family that lives close that we were visiting and to the Denton Square. Easy access to the interstate. The host was amazing to communicate with and answered all questions very quickly. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay for a weekend visit to Denton

We stayed here with our family for the weekend when we came to go to our Nephew’s wedding. The place is clean and well decorated with everything we needed. Comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The mattresses were great and we slept well. The location was close to the Denton Square where the wedding was located and enjoyed seeing all the shops and restaurants in the area as well We definitely will stay again when we come to visit.

Family visit

Stayed for a week in this home with my daughter and parents to visit my sister who moved to Denton a year and a half ago. She was getting married and this was a perfect location and a lovely home. There was great communication with the owners and I have no complaints. My only wish was that there could be more seating in the living room. It sleeps 10 but only comfortably sits 4+ dining room chairs, which is fine at times, but when you want to get cozy in the evenings
