"Best part is the location, a large deck overlooking Johnson Bay--seals, loons, scoters, and other birds. Close to downtown Lubec, Campobello Island, West Quoddy lighthouse and trails, and the amazing network of trails developed by Cobscook Shores and other land trusts. We had a few snafus checking in and getting the wi-fi set-up, but our host Angela was very responsive and prompt in getting things fixed up and provided us lots of information of things to do. "Maine is our favorite place to be. This property was great. Tons of shade, a beautiful lake, dock, fire pit.. we had a blast. Even swam in a rainstorm and it was beautiful!! We visited Eastport and fell in love with a small little fishing town. Jasper beach was BEAUTIFUL even in the fog, such a special place. "We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house. There was plenty of room to relax. The heated in ground salt water pool was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. We enjoyed walking to the Lubec Brewing Company and local shops. I would recommend that visitors bring their passports as the bridge to Campobello Island is so close! We hope to rent again next year!"

"There was a coffee pot, no coffee, one filter. I had to go to the office to get coffee. They were very generous with the coffee but I was already in my pajamas and ready to leave the coffee ready for the morning when I noticed there was no coffee. It was inconvenient because it's at a different location so I had to drive to pick up the coffee. Other the stay was perfect. The food at the restaurant was excellent."
