"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this...

"•The house was generally nice, very clean. •No outside lights, we arrived after dark – which occurs very early this time of year. •Two codes provided to open front door. The keypad deadbolt did not operate. Fortunately the lock box opened providing a key to unlock the door.•The binder inside, on the coffee table, provides little information about the house. It outlines, briefly such things as the trash procedure but not much else.•Window blinds in the two upstairs bedrooms are broken...

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"

"I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. "

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow.
We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed.
They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways.
How about close the Hotel and halt booking?
Terrible Managment."
