Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:



- Guarantee 600 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)



The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).



Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

A wonderful Spanish villa with breathtaking sea and panoramic views and a private pool.



The house is located in a very quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in Denia, Marquesa I.



The spacious property is situated on a hillside and is divided into two terraces. The lower level features a large pool terrace with a covered seating area and a gas grill.



Upstairs, you'll find the living area with a very spacious living and dining room (with a ceiling fan), a kitchen (with a dishwasher), three bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and two bathrooms.



From this level, you have access to both terraces (stairs lead down to the pool area; the upper terrace and barbecue area are accessible at ground level).



On the pool level there is a studio with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.



Wi-Fi is available for guests; there is secure parking on the property for several cars.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a very quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in Denia, Marquesa 1.



Getting Around:

Restaurants are about 1 km, Supermarket 1,5 km, sandy beach about 3,5 km.



Other Things to Note:

Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles.
