Had a wonderful stay at Tropic Paradise. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need for your stay. The proximity to the beach was great-we walked to it several days while we were there. Although we had to drive to downtown Delray there is plenty to do around the house. The outdoor space and the pool were very nice and my family of 4 (two adult kids) plus two of their friends were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out we’re both very easy!

Fabulous!

We absolutely loved the house, pool and location! We were able to bike to the beach which was a bonus! Several restaurants nearby, but the kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked every night. Beds and couch were comfy. We will be back for sure!

Great Stay in Delray!

The house was perfect for our needs (a group of 6 adults). Convenient and easy to access location in a great and quiet neighborhood. Everything was spotlessly clean and the property management team is outstanding! We had a tiny hiccup with the HVAC and they handled it immediately and resolved the issue promptly. The host communication was excellent - it's a comprehensive booking and check-in experience but the process was very smooth and professional. The vibe is very chill and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bath and pool towels and pretty much anything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable.The pool was fantastic (and super clean) and the dock was a great place to hang out. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.We can't say enough good things about how the property is managed and the listing/booking process is handled. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfection

We stayed for spring break with our 2 teenage girls. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Nicole was a pleasure to communicate with and we can’t wait to plan our next trip back. We’ve stayed in many VRBO but this one was by far the best. Not only was the location perfect but the house had everything we could possibly need. Next time I know to pack my clothes and I’ll be set. Delray family getaway

Tropic paradise was just that …..pure paradise! The house was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything you could imagine. Very spacious living area for all of us to enjoy. Location was ideal, close to everything. We loved the pool! Our host Nicole was extremely accommodating and so helpful with everything. We can’t wait to return !!!!

Next time I'll bring my boat!

Clean, great property with a fun pool area for children. My four young kids had lots of fun going back and forth from the pool to the beach. Well maintained and easy check in/check out with clear communication from the property manager. Next time I'll remember to bring a boat!

Hidden Gem in beautiful Delray Beach!

We have been visiting Delray beach for over 15 yrs and found the Tropic Isle neighborhood to be a true hidden gem. Beautiful, private waterfront backyard but still close to restaurants and shops off Federal Hwy. Great location to get to Atlantic Ave and the Beach. The house has everything you would need to feel at home. Nicole was so helpful with planning our stay. We will definitely be back.

Guaranteed to love your stay at tropic isle! This place will not disappoint

The home was inviting. Nice, open floor plan. Up-to-date electronics and home audio. Comfortable furniture. A basket of snacks/goodies welcomed us upon our arrival. Very close to downtown. Nicole did an excellent job with communication. Overall, a very positive experience.

Amazing perfect home for a family trip

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The home is so comfortable and has every amenity you could possibly want. Our check in process was perfect and we had a welcome basket waiting for us ,which was a real treat. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor space and pool, which was where we spent most of time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The neighborhood is great and a pleasure to walk and bike around. We are looking forward to hopefully returning soon!

Fantastic!

We are local to Delray Beach, but desired a little extra space with family visiting and we had an excellent experience. The location is great (although we never left!) pleasant on the water and great outdoor space. The property manager was excellent and really easy to reach with any little questions we had. I would highly recommend this location - also a great neighborhood to walk around in.

Luxury on waterside

This place is special. My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary, and we arrived to to a vase of fresh roses. The house was bright and clean. You don’t have to bring anything , the house has ample linens and dishes to entertain. This host aims to please her guest. Book right away.

Beyond amazing home rental, we just LOVED IT!

If I could give this property 10 stars I totally would. My family has been renting homes/villas in Florida or the Caribbean for 12+ years at least 1-2 times a year and this is one of our favorites. They have literally thought of everything you could possibly need at this home. From the setup up to the stocking of certain key items, we were so at home and it made it so hard to leave. The pictures do not do this home justice, just so bright and open and feels so much bigger with the setup. There is even a basket of extras if you forget something (yep I forgot my toothbrush, but they had one!) Nicole is by far the best property manager we have dealt with in all our years. She took care of all of our questions and even answered questions we hadn't thought of! We ran into some bad weather approaching during our trip down and she put our minds at ease and was especially patient with all our questions (midwesterners don't quite understand hurricane warnings). We are counting the days until we can get away again and come to this home in Delray as the location and property were just perfect for our family. We had my husband, grandma, myself and our two kids ages 5/11. There was plenty of space for everyone to make sure they could do their own thing but hang out together watching baseball or a movie at night and with a 75inch in the family room, it was a perfect setup for us. The backyard oasis is amazing! Pool floats and toys galore and so everyone was happy. Our kids were thrilled to just stay home and swim all day and having dock on the waterway was a bonus! Again, pictures can't show just how private the backyard feels and just how it is setup for true relaxation. We really enjoyed turning on some music and hanging out at home. Lastly, this location is amazing. Great neighborhood to go for a morning walk or jog and check out all the amazing homes....but with Dunkin down the street it is perfect for a morning coffee/donut run. Trader Joes, Whole foods, Publix less than a mile away...heck even Target...Everything is so close. Then 5-10 minute drive to Atlantic ave for all the great restaurants which are so great for a quick bite to eat or a full evening out if you want that. I could go on and on about how great the house is, but just trust us, for us to want to go back to the same house, it says a lot!

Great house and location!

We had the best time staying at this house. Nicole the property manager was so helpful prior to arrival in arranging for a crib and high chair to be delivered prior to our arrival and had it set up for us before we got there. The house was immaculate, very nicely decorated and clean. The pool was so great to have and we spent majority of our time in it! We were able to walk to some stores which was nice. The beach was a short driving distance away which was nice to go to as well. Overall we had such a great time at the house, we wish we stayed longer! Will definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful home in Delray

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Delray at this beautifully remodeled home. The owners/property manager has thought of everything you might need, makes you feel like at home. The property is just as pictured, clean, organized, well equipped, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to many shops, restaurants and a few blocks from white sand beaches. The private dock is perfect for day boat rentals. I would highly recommend this vacation rental if you are looking for luxury meets comfort. The property manager was prompt, professional and very accommodating. Five stars.

Amazing stay! 5 stars!

We had an amazing time staying at Nicole’s place over New Years. The house is immaculate and situated right in the canal with a private dock. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. All state of the art finishes and a short bike ride to the beach (she supplied us bikes!!). Stores all within walking distance to shop for the house. Nicole was an amazing host having set up a private boat for us for a day (that picked us up right at the private dock in our backyard) and also organized a private chef that came in and cooked us New Years dinner which was honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Nicole was always around for any questions we had. Overall one of the nicest AirBnB/VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

Great for business and personal travel

Loved the location of this property in Tropic Isle. Close enough to the action of Atlantic Avenue but also a quiet neighborhood. Can walk to Trader Joes, Harvest Seasonal Grill and breakfast places. The house was great, clean and great decor. All the small touches and items you needed for a nice stay were in the house. Pool was fantastic. Great access to the intercoastal. TV/AV is top notch. Nicole was very pleasant to work with and extremely attentive. We plan on staying here again and recommending this house to others. The pictures are 100% accurate and the neighborhood was safe, pleasant and perfect for a morning run.
