Currently there are homeless camped in the empty lot next door. It appears they've been for a long time as they're set up with a trailer that's falling apart. In the evening there was fighting. "My friends and I stayed for three nights for a beach and golf weekend. The house was very comfortable and the outdoor space/pool were great. It was centrally located just a short Uber ride to all wonderful restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. It was also very close to the beach. "Stayed 10 days in April, everything was as advertised. Clean, and everything worked, from cooling to pool operation to BBQ. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would have for the host is to add lighting over the pool for use of the BBQ and poolside table after dark. "Highland Park was just perfect for our five-day stay in Delray. It was clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything. A lovely welcome basket filled with treats and enough coffee to get us started was a nice touch. Management was quick to respond to questions. Had a little trouble with the TV (which, honestly, we didn't need much), but it was NCAA basketball season and we were unable to tune into the games.
