The photographs on your website were appealing; however, the property itself did not reflect what was represented online. In our opinion, the images appear to be color-enhanced and misleading, particularly with regard to the size and condition of the rooms.For example, one of the bedrooms was a converted garage. The listing photo shows an open door that implies access to a patio area, when in reality it opens into a trash area that was disheveled and unclean. The bathrooms were extremely small and lacked proper ventilation. Additionally, the smoke detectors were not operable, which is a serious safety concern.Cleanliness overall was marginal at best. Upon arrival, there were visible cobwebs in the kitchen windows. While the front door could be secured, it is clearly in need of replacement, showing significant wear and signs of attempted tampering.Taken together, the accommodations fell well below our expectations and standards. We have stayed in properties within the same price range that offered far superior conditions, amenities, and were located in higher-end neighborhoods.We are disappointed by this experience and believe it warrants consideration on your part for improvements so that future guests will not be subjected to regret.Lila Mellen
