We greatly enjoyed the property's hot tub and putting green, and the location is within a15-minute walk to the downtown Delray Beach restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were great with suggestions for what to do in the area.

I have tried a different place each time I have been in the area to visit my daughter at FAU. I wanted to check out Delray Beach. Great location within walking of the Ave and the beach is doable as well if the temp reasonable. Amenities are great! Plenty of room for the family to spread out.

Awesome place, fantastic management

The property has plenty of space to sleep, eat, and relax. On top of that, the ownership group is very friendly and easy to work with. The checkout process was quick and painless, the location was a nice quiet area about a 15 minutes' walk north of Atlantic Ave. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Delray.

Great but AC not below 69

Everything was great. Host very accessible she checked in with us daily via text. Only negative was the AC was not allowed to go below 69 degrees. So if you like your house cold this is not the house for you.

Does what it says on the tin!

Overall the property met a good standard. There were plent of kitchen utensils to meet all needs, would have been nice to have some more of the basics but generally all was good The house and bedding were clean and good standard. Plenty TV's but poor WIFI facilities prevented hooking up screen shares from portables as they kept dropping out all the time Lets not forget that this house is very close to the railway line and you frequently here very large trains rumbling past for minutes at a time. You kinda get used to it after a while but when outside it can be loud. Pool area and spa were great, it is no more than a plunge pool though but welcome in the baking heat. A few loose tiles around pool area. Sun-beds looked very worn and uninviting. Plenty pool and beach towels and equipment was great to have Overall I would recommend this property for its location to Atlantic Avenue etc. Dont quite need so many negative signs about rules and fines etc. Yes and one message to vacate by 10 would have been sufficient. All in all a decent rental.

Great home!

Home was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Cecilia was amazing. She checked in with us daily and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. I provided feedback on something minor and within the hour Cecilia handled it and went above and beyond. She is part of the reason our stay was so great. The home is close to Atlantic Avenue and many amazing places to eat. We also used the freebie one time and it was so easy and convenient. We loved that they had beach towels and beach chairs and used them daily. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful hidden paradise!

If you’re looking for a little hidden paradise- look no more! This home has everything - from the amazing pool- perfect hot tub- and the cutest putting green! Their linen, bedding, and towels were high end hotel quality! The property manager checked in daily with us to make sure our stay was going well. I will definitely book again!

Awesome place

Great place, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and beach, everything you can think of was there, excellent property very convenient, I highly recommend. Great layout as well, 2 family rooms on opposite ends of the house, bathroom by pool. Very easy code access to house, great visit, Thank you!

Delray Beach house.

This house is in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Atlantic Ave, the Main Street in Delray There are Many very cute shops and restaurants. Cecelia is the house manager and was incredibly responsive and very nice. Our door lock malfunction and Cecelia had it fixed immediately. The house was very clean. A huge plus for me. The pool is small but other than that it was a great time.

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t rent a car and used the Freebie (get the app) service to get around though everything is within walking distance. It was our first time in Del Ray Beach having spent time renting in Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach and the Del Ray Beach area has much more going on from a nightlife (restaurant and shops) perspective. The property itself was super clean and spacious. There were 5 of us (2 parents and 3 teenagers) and easily spread out. The only thing that I would say is that the pool is a bit small so you won’t be doing any laps but the teenagers enjoyed it along with the heated jacuzzi. Also, the landscape yard needs a bit of attention but not terrible (and not a reason to downgrade the rental just an observation)Overall, a really nice place that will not disappoint!

Stay for 4 days

Property was very clean. Great location! Owner was pleasant and responsive. Overall, we were pleased with the property. It was well appointed and comfortable. In order to take it to the highest levels, Property can use a little TLC indoors and out. One of the mattresses in the bunk room (across from the bunk bed) needs to be replaced, as it was unsleepable for an adult. The backyard is overgrown and needs cleaning up. Same for the front of the house. Several light bulbs need to be replaced. Fan in master bedroom is very noisy and needs to be replaced or fixed. Overall pleased, but with a little care, will be even bettter!
