Bismarck House - 5 Star Downtown Beach-style Luxury House.

This well-located home brings together eco-conscious practices and beach style luxury in a relaxed atmosphere. It has been designed with the intent of providing our guests with a true 5 star experience.

The house has been professionally decorated and designed with high end features and finishes, such as Pecky Cypress trim, Carrera quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, luxury linens and bedding by Parachute, pillow top mattresses, etc. The kitchen is open and bright and great for dining or entertaining with a gourmet island and full bar/wine area.

We’ve provided all the essential cookware and silverware. In addition, we have a new Kuerig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The kitchen opens up to a large and open Florida room where we have a comfortable dining table looking out to the backyard.

In the living room, we have a 50" Smart TV and high speed Fiber internet service, which should be suitable for all guests, including business travelers.

Both bedrooms are tastefully designed with natural materials and colors providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. Bedroom 1 has a plush king size bed and Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with two (2) queen size plush mattresses. Each bedroom has a closet with ample clothes hangers, luggage rack and dresser, along with full-size mirrors.

Along with the rest of the house, the bathroom has also been renovated, and has a soaking tub, Parachute linens throughout and linen closet. We provide soaps, shampoos, etc...

In the garage, you will find a washer / dryer (detergent included); a beach kit with chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach bag.

The large backyard outdoor space is fully enclosed and private with a paver patio area for outdoor seating and grilling.

We have a PlayStation 4 (only a couple games though), and an array of board games. The smart TV has various apps, such as Spotify and Netflix, which guests can log into with their account info.

Self check-in available with smart lock on the front door.

The landscaping is tropical and full of palm trees throughout. The lawn is professionally maintained on a weekly basis.

The location of the house is ideally located in the highly desirable Lake Ida neighborhood on a quiet family friendly street; and only one mile from the beach, tennis center and downtown restaurants and nightlife. A bike path conveniently leads guests directly to the Pineapple Grove Arts District and the heart of downtown Delray Beach.
